Tasty fajita style spring rolls with a tart pineapple salsa dip šŸŒ¶šŸŒ¶

I love Fajitas, and I love spring rolls so why not do both!

Cooking time: 1hr


  • Raw diced chicken
  • Tyj spring roll pastry
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 shallot
  • Pickled jalapeno
  • Pineapple
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Sour cream
  • Lee kumĀ kee chiliĀ garlic sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Chives
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Aromat
  • Tropical sun Chicken seasoning
  • Tropical sun all-purpose seasoning
  • Chipotle chiliĀ flakes
  • Piri PiriĀ seasoning
  • Moroccan seasoning
  • Hot paprika
  • Oxo chicken stock cube
  • Easy garlic
  • Malt vinegar
  • Sweet chiliĀ sauce
  • Lemon
  • Sugar



  1. Dice your peppers, onions, shallot, and tomato into small cubes
  2. Warm the pan with oil, when the pan is hot add the onions
  3. When the onions and shallot are brown add the chicken
  4. Add one oxo chicken stock cube, PiriĀ PiriĀ seasoning, Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, aromat, tropical sun chicken seasoning, and all-purpose, salt, malt vinegar, chipotle chili flakes, hot paprika, easy garlic, and Moroccan seasoning to the pan and mix well.img_8082-e1542491803297.jpg
  5. Add the peppers to the pan and let it simmerimg_8091-e1542491920974.jpg
  6. Get two sheets of spring roll pastry, and add two spoonfuls of the chicken fajita mix to the pastry and roll into thick parcels.img_8099-e1542491968200.jpg
  7. Fry the spring roll parcels till golden brown
  8. Once the spring rolls are cooked dust with paprika, chives, and aromat
  9. For the pineapple salsa, add diced pineapple, diced tomatoes, and jalapeno to a little bowl, then mix in WorcesterĀ sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice
  10. For the sour cream dip, get the sour cream and add aromatĀ and fresh corianderĀ and chives to the mix then add to a bowl
